TravelSocial is designed to help people map their travels, plan trips, and share travel discoveries. This page summarizes how information may be handled during beta testing and will be updated as the service expands.
This may include account information, profile details, travel places, trip plans, posts, photos, comments, ratings, social links, and other content you choose to add.
Information is used to operate TravelSocial, display your travel profile and content according to your privacy choices, support social and trip-planning features, improve product quality, protect users, and provide support.
Places you intentionally add to maps, trips, or posts may be associated with geographic coordinates. TravelSocial does not intend to publicly expose a user's precise live location merely because the app is open.
TravelSocial may use infrastructure and service providers for authentication, databases, storage, app distribution, hosting, and other operational needs. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
TravelSocial includes visibility controls for certain trips, posts, and saved places. Beta users may also contact support to request help with their account or data.
